13/04 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Press Conference and Gala Dinner / Promotional Event in restaurant.
In April, the team was busy in the second Bioagricoop initiative of the Organicity Project.
The target country is Malaysia and its capital Kuala Lumpur, where, at the prestigious Restaurant Marini's 57 at the Petronas Towers, a press conference was held, in order to present the Project ORGANICITY. The press conference was coordinated by organic experts and industry representatives. Afterwards, a gala dinner was the occasion to taste the products presented and deepen the knowledge of sensory products certified to the European standard, the use of the logo and terminology on specific labels. The hall was properly equipped and used as a tasting area and buffet of organic products.
The action involved the organic sector and in particular buyers, purchasing managers of HORECA channel, GDO, RETAIL and WHOLESALE, distributors, importers and representatives of the association of consumers, as well as representatives of institutions such as the Italian Ambassador, an European Union delegation, officials of the Malaysian Ministry of Commerce.
In organizing these activities, Bioagricoop coordinated daily with ITC (Italian Trade Commission) and the Italian Embassy in Malaysia to obtain the greatest possible visibility and engage organic stakeholders.
