How to use and nutrional properties:

Each fruit contains nutrients and very useful features for the body: potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, zinc, phosphorus, amino acid and a multivitamin complex variable depending on the type of fruit. Specifically, the fruit called "yellow" or "white" (peach, pineapple, banana, mango, apricot, orange, mango, grapefruit, apple, pear, white grape, tangerine) is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, fiber and vitamin A.

They have a high power digestive, diuretic, detox, and calming vase protector. The pear, for example, is useful in states of stress and anemia, and the apple is a great intestinal antiseptic.
